1. Definitions

• "Anakiy" means the service that delivers stories, quizzes and other activities via WhatsApp and Telegram.
• "User" means an individual who interacts with Anakiy via WhatsApp or Telegram.
• "Activity" means any service delivered by Anakiy — including stories, audio, quizzes, puzzles, poems, tongue twisters, fun facts, jokes, vocabulary builders, and class questions.
• "Points" means the internal credit system used to access paid activities.

2. Use of Service

Users may use Anakiy for personal, educational, or entertainment purposes. Use of the Service must comply with all applicable local laws. You agree not to use the Service for any illicit, abusive or harmful purpose.

3. Points & Payments

Welcome gift & activity costs

• Every new user receives 50 bonus points at signup. These points can be used to access activities listed in chat.
• Each activity has a point cost. When free points are exhausted, you must purchase additional points or packages to continue using paid activities.
• Activity costs, available packages, and any promotional offers are displayed in chat and may be updated from time to time.
• Payments and recharges are processed via the payment method offered in chat. Anakiy is not responsible for payment processor policies or payment disputes handled by the payment provider.
• All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated by Anakiy.

4. Scheduling Activities

Users may schedule activities to be delivered at a future date/time. When scheduling:

• Ensure the chosen date/time is correct — Anakiy will deliver the activity at the scheduled time to the registered contact (WhatsApp number or Telegram ID).
• Scheduled activities consume points at the time of scheduling (or at the time of delivery) as stated during the scheduling flow in chat.
• Anakiy may send reminder messages and notifications related to scheduled activities.
• Users may cancel scheduled activities via the scheduling menu or by contacting support before the delivery time, subject to any cancellation policy displayed in chat.

5. Content & Usage

Anakiy generates and delivers curated content and activities. You acknowledge:

• Content is provided for informational, educational and entertainment purposes.
• While we strive for accuracy and quality, Anakiy does not guarantee completeness, suitability, or error-free content.
• Users are responsible for deciding whether the content is appropriate for their use. Anakiy is not responsible for consequences arising from reliance on content.
• Some content may include user-provided inputs; you are responsible for ensuring you do not submit personal or sensitive information through chat.

6. Privacy & Data

How we handle data

• Anakiy stores minimal information necessary to provide the service: your WhatsApp number or Telegram ID, language preference, scheduled activities and records required to deliver content.
• Generated audio and activity content may be stored temporarily in cloud storage to enable delivery. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data.
• We do not sell personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers for delivery (e.g., cloud hosting, messaging gateways).

7. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the security of your device and any messages you receive from Anakiy.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify or misuse the Service or its infrastructure.
• Provide accurate contact details and notify support if your WhatsApp number or Telegram username changes.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@anakiy.com immediately.

8. Prohibited Uses

Examples of prohibited behavior include (but are not limited to):

• Using Anakiy to harass, spam, defame or threaten others.
• Automating or scraping Anakiy content or attempting to access private APIs.
• Uploading, requesting or sharing illegal, abusive or infringing content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anakiy and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed amounts paid by you for services in the 12 months prior to the claim (if any).

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms or for operational reasons. Termination does not relieve users of obligations that arose prior to termination, including outstanding payments.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in the Anakiy service, the website, branding and underlying code are owned by Anakiy or its licensors. You may not copy or reproduce protected content except as allowed under these Terms or with express written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Anakiy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes should be addressed to the courts or dispute resolution bodies in that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
